Quotes, prices and taxes
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and depend on product availability. If a manufacturer price change or end-of-life notice affects a quote before you order, we will tell you before anything changes.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required unless you provide a valid exemption certificate. When an order is placed under a government purchase order or contract, its terms govern where they differ from these.
Warranty and returns
For warranty claims, returns, shipping damage or missing items, contact [email protected]. Include your order or purchase order number.
Products are new and carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and we help with warranty claims. Please report shipping damage or missing items within 5 business days of delivery.
Returns of products that aren’t defective follow the manufacturer’s and distributor’s policies and may carry restocking fees. Special-order items and opened software generally can’t be returned.
Privacy
When you use the quote form or email us, we collect your name, organization, contact details and request. We use that information only to respond, prepare quotes and fill orders. We don’t sell or rent it.
Quote form submissions, including attachments, go directly from this website to our Microsoft 365 business email. We don’t use a third-party form service, and the website doesn’t store what you send. We also record the IP address a request came from to prevent abuse, and we send a confirmation to the email address you enter.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare. When you open the quote form, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that requests come from people rather than automated programs.
This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers, doesn’t set cookies of its own, and its fonts load from the site itself. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We keep order records as long as tax and contract rules require.
